In his last project, he assisted in the design of the Genomics Knowledge Platform for Acero, Inc. He worked closely with bioinformaticians and scientists to design software that allowed for graphical viewing of the human genome. Unfortunately, this small startup company could not meet its cashflow requirements and disbanded before completion of the project.

In 2007, Mr. Koeth sold substantially all of this company in order to concentrate on his own public accounting practice.

During the growth of NCPS, Mr. Koeth founded Koeth & Associates LLC. Mr. Koeth's vision was to bridge the gap that exists for high quality, professional accounting service to small business owners.
